I have left chest pain upon waking with no exertion caused by no activity. I feel like I am going to die soon. I have anxiety from a very long time and almost 1 year ago i had my first panic attack. It felt like my heart was going to burst out and i am losing my breath. And now it has deteriorated and i feel breathlessness all the time. It gets better sometimes and I start to think that I am recovering but then it comes again. I am also extremely worried about my health. A slight change in my physical health makes me worried.
